A Death Storm is an artificially induced weather occurence. One was seen in Challenge of the Wizards when Mazem's Manta Machine used equipment to create one.
The Death Storm was a green cloud that rained Lightning, Fireballs, and Acid Rain capable of dissolving rocks.
