The Abyss was either a modified cave system or sewer system and the home of Morag and his Raiders. It was also the former home of the Abyss Wizard ("Raiders of the Abyss"). These tunnels connected to the ruined city of Manhat.

- The Vapors of Life were kept here.
- It contained an armory with dozens of energy rods.
- It was where the Raiders kept their giant bats.
- After they had been drained by the Vapors, the Raiders kept humans as slaves here.
