The title city of the episode City of Evil, this city was home to people who had advanced technology. However, they were trapped in the city by an energy barrier that also kept the city shrunken. Their leader Voltak made a deal with Sarott to escape their prison in exchange for helping Sarott take over the world. However, after Sarott had finally succeeded in freeing them and restoring them to normal size, the city was left in ruins after the Gauntlet of Power exploded when Thundarr destroyed it after re defeating Sarott.
